First of all, all the veterinary surgeons are not necessarily specialists as regards ferrets. Thus grant rather your preference to an expert who already dealt with ferrets.

As soon as your small companion crosses the doors his again at his place, take it along in a veterinary surgeon who will examine it to check if all is well. Advised: bring to him a sample of saddles of your small animal.

Then, the veterinary surgeon will advise you doubtless to vaccinate it. Of course, only a veterinary surgeon can manage a vaccine with your ferret. Among the vaccines, some constitute, according to us, a Master choice:

• Influenza
• The disease of square
• Leptospirosis
• The rage (which is obligatory if you want to leave with him abroad)

It is as interesting to know as each ferret having received a vaccine has a chart of vaccination.
